How Nestly handles data
Short version for the anonymous launch. Updated 27 July 2026.
No account required
Nestly’s free launch works without sign-in. We do not ask you to create an account to analyze a listing, use Discover, or keep a Buying Plan on this device.
What stays on your device
Preferences and work-in-progress are stored in your browser’s local storage — for example My hunt listings, recent reports, Buying Plan inputs (including income, savings, and debts if you enter them), portfolio passports, and soft preferences Nestly uses to personalize Discover. Clearing site data in your browser removes them. Anyone with access to this device or browser profile can read that local data.
What we send to Nestly’s servers
When you analyze a property, ask a question, or load market views, your browser calls Nestly’s API with the details needed for that request (for example building, community, asking price, or a Property Finder listing id). We use that to return DLD- and Ejari-backed results. We do not use Buying Plan income figures to identify you across sessions.
Aggregate traffic measurement
We use Vercel Analytics to see overall visit counts and which pages get used — no cookies, and it does not identify you. Property details and search parameters in the page URL are never included.
Official market data
Scores and market views are grounded in Dubai Land Department (DLD) transaction records and Ejari rent contracts, plus optional live listing context from Property Finder when you paste a URL. That market data is not your personal data.

Email list
If you join Stay in touch or the founding member invite, we store your email, consent time, and where you signed up (report, More, Welcome, or the founding modal). We use it for Nestly product updates and occasional market notes. Founding signups are also eligible for early access to new features and founding-member pricing priority when paid plans launch. Opt out by replying to our email, or via About until unsubscribe links ship.

We may update this note as Nestly adds accounts, cloud sync, or paid plans. The dated line below shows when this page was last revised.
